Bounty

M.Y.Bounty, launched in 1936, was designed and constructed by the renowned British boat builders Camper & Nicholson as a Gentleman’s luxury motor yacht - one of six built as a speculative commission, all of which sold. At 78ft in length and weighing 67 tonnes, her first owner was a gentleman of means who sailed her before and throughout World War II, during which she operated as part of the Inshore Yacht Patrol mounted with Oerlikon Naval Anti-Aircraft gun and was a prominent participant in the landing at Dunkirk (Operation Dynamo). Nearly 80 years and many heroic adventures later this Dunkirk Little Ship is unveiled once more in 2008 after undergoing an extensive refit.
She is now available for Private & Corporate day charters & can host up to thirty guests in luxurious surroundings while cruising on the Thames, the South Coast of England or even further afield.

Accommodation
Full Airconditioning & Heating
The main interior reception area of Bounty boasts mahogany panelling, mahogany side boards and inbuilt banquette. A pedestal dining/boardroom table reduces to two fixed mahogany coffee tables with the extra leaf stowing easily behind the banquette. Five elegant dining chairs, contemporary takes on the Art Deco Tub chair are upholstered in matching brown leather and fit around the fully extended dining table allowing eight guests to enjoy a sit down meal. On the facing side of the Saloon sits a scoop-armed sofa upholstered in the iconic Hexagon House chenille by David Hicks.
The entertainment system installed in the Saloon incorporates a 26" LCD TV, an Ipod dock and a progressive scan DVD/CD player with Direct/Reflecting® cube speakers and a surround sound system customized to the acoustics of the room. A pair of 600w of external speakers are installed on the aft deck with separate volume control.
The spacious aft deck to the rear of the Saloon is as perfect for sunny days on the Thames and long Summer afternoons on the Solent as it is for festive cocktails and canapés at Christmas time, thanks to a removable fitted cover with clear ‘windows’ stitched in and separate deck heating. A skylight cover in the middle of the deck doubles as a sturdy coffee table.
Central heating and air conditioning throughout Bounty makes her ideal for entertaining in Summer or Winter. The reception areas include an interior Saloon and a spacious, exterior aft deck, perfect for watching regatta action from but easily enclosed in more inclement weather.
